James Peppers for his charming and mellifluous portrayal of Roger in Grease also for Stumptown Stages

And Corey Brunish for his eccentric and haunted Colonel Biggs in The Ghosts of Celilo from ART and Youth Resouces Inc.

We marveled to Jennifer Auer's gripping Georgie in Lakewood's The Full Monty

Michele Mariana's soulful rendition of Frau Schnieider in PCS's Cabaret

Kristi Foster's wistful tea pot in NWCT's Beauty and the Beast

Melanie Shaw's goofy and spiteful Portia in Blue Monkey's Cinderella

Amy Jo Arrington's troubled and commanding Mrs. Lyle in The Ghosts of Celilo, from ART and Youth Resources Incorporated

Stephanie Hueston's zany and mysterious Helena in The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Lakewood.



Outstanding Ensemble Performance:


That band of young french folk from Les Miserables presented by Staged!

All the dogs and friends from Go Dog Go! at NWCT

The finely tuned group in PCS's Cabaret

The cast that acted as one in Stumptown Stage's Floyd Collins

And the gang of ghosts and school kids in The Ghosts of Celilo from ART and Youth Resources Incorporated

Rebecca McDade for her spunky ragamuffin Gavroche in Les Miz, Staged!

Lea Claire Zawada for her spunky ragamuffin Yellow Dog in Go Dog Go! NWCT



Outstanding Costume Design:


Mary Rochon for her phantasmagoric creations for Go Dog Go! at NWCT

Mary Rochon for her elegant and earthy designs for Beauty and the Beast, NWCT

Mary Rochon for her evocative period renditions for The Secret Garden for Staged!

Ashley Wase for all those amazing 60's memories for Dreamgirls for Stumptown Stages

Margaret Louise Chapman for clothing ghosts and people alike with other worldly panache The Ghosts of Celilo, ART, Youth Resources Inc.

Lindsay Kleinman for her marvelous period creations for The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Lakewood.



Outstanding Set Design:


We were transported to a multi faceted apt bldg and possible murder scene by Sean O'skea in Broadway Rose's No Way to Treat a Lady

William Tripp provided the perfect fairytale castle for Beauty and the Beast, NWCT

Glenn Gauer wowed us with his underwater and over water creations for ART's The Ghosts of Celilo (ART, Youth Resources Inc)

and again with his magically versatile pirate ship in the other ghost story from last year, The Ghosts of Treasure Island for OCT.

Jeff Seats made a simple set of columns into so much more for Broadway Rose's Cole

John Anderberg gave us the pinnacle of versatility with his 3 castle turrets and mobile forest for Sleeping Beauty at NWCT.



Outstanding Light Design:


Daniel Ordower, with his piercing, moody and glitzy design for PCS's Cabaret

Daniel Ordower for the PCS's magical A Christmas Carol

Gene Dent for stunningly delineating the line between this life and the hereafter in ART's The Ghosts of Celilo (co produced by ART and Youth Resources Inc.)

Jeff Forbes for helping to make those pillars gleam magically in Cole at BRTC



Outstanding Sound Design:


Daniel Hallberg's rockin design for The Full Monty for Lakewood (just where do you hide a battery pack in a G-string?)

Daniel Hallberg for keeping those same battery packs dry in Singing in the Rain for BRTC

Gordon Romei for his crystal clear delivery of Dreamgirls for Stumptown Stages

Sam Kusnetz for his subtle and supple aid to The Secret Garden for Staged!

Pete Plympton, Duane Rodakowski and Cal Scott for their multilayered design for the The Ghosts of Celilo ART, Youth Resources Inc.



Oustanding Musical Direction:


Ben Van Diepen made The Last Five Years for Stumptown Stages, a memorable evening of strings, jazz, and rock.

Rick lewis brought his expertise to a simultaneously sharp and boozy band for Cabaret at PCS.

Alan D Lytle made The Secret Garden sing for Staged!

Mel Kubik shepherded both mainstream and native music thru the soulful The Ghosts of Celilo (ART, Youth Resources Inc)

Darcy White lead the raucous proceedings during The Wild Party, Live on Stage

Rodolfo Ortega took Disney's pre recorded tracks and made brand new ones of his own design, for Beauty and the Beast at NWCT



Outstanding Lead Actor


Joe Theissen gave an impassioned portrayal of Morris in Broadway Roses's No Way To Treat a Lady.

Daniel Lee Robbins hit all the right notes and marks as Cosmo in Singing in the Rain also for BRTC.

Bruce Blanchard moved us in The Secret Garden for Staged!

Joey Labard gave us a childlike Eddie in Blood Brothers for Arts Equity

Noah Hunt was the troubled and lovable Chokey Jim in The Ghosts of Celilo for ART and Youth Resources Inc.

Kevin Michael Moore was ever so wily and two faced as Inky in The Ghosts of Celilo, for ART and Youth Resources Inc.

Corey Brunish gave us a wonderfully eccentric and lustful Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast at NWCT

David Cole created an astonishingly energetic Einstein in Einstein is a Dummy for OCT

Todd Hermanson evoked a tortured soul in the Wild Party for Live on Stage

Dale Johnannes sang an 83 minute tour de force in The Last Five Years at Stumptown Stages



Outstanding Lead Actress:


Julianne R Johnson Weiss for her gut wrenching portrayal of Effie in Dreamgirls for Stumptown Stages

Storm Large redefined the role of Sally in Cabaret at PCS

Adair Chappell was thoroughly entrancing as Sarah in No Way To Treat a Lady for BRTC

Stella Riceter demanded our attention and laughter in Das Barbecu for Third Eye

Kelly Stewart was indefatigable as Millie as in "Thoroughly Modern" for Lakewood

Chenoa Egawa took us on a strange and cathartic journey with her rendering of Mary, in The Ghosts of Celilo for ART and Youth Resources Inc.

Erin Charles was resilient and shimmering in The Wild Party for Live on Stage

Sara Catherine Wheatley moved us again and again in The Last Five Years for Stumptown Stages



Oustanding Choreography:


Joel Farrell for his lithe and intense stylings for Cabaret PCS

Stephanie Anderson for her good natured horror influenced turns in Zombie Prom, The Atomic Rock Musical, for "Teater without an h"

Amy Palomino for her perfectly suited period movement for PCS's A Christmas Carol

Robert Guitron for his mesmerizing work for The Wild Party, Live on Stage
